i recharged my mobile no [protected] on 2nd oct 2009 with ur golden plan for STD but by that time i lost my outgoing facility. my complaint no for that is 6021402. pl restore my outgoing facility soon for facing inconvinience .

I am in Kolkata, location near Rajdanga Nabapally area. I have used molile connection considering economy in use but unfortunate enough, almost every 20 second, there there had been found no tower, even till today, (one optional connection) no towers are shown. Several complaints were made through customer care but the problem is still there. Finally, i decided not to continue this UNUSE service.
Wish for your necessary action please.

BSNL Mobile — tariff change

BSNL has recently revised its post paid mobile tarif[censored]pwards cutting lots of benefits from the existing plan on PLAN 725. This is clear cheating of consumers. Is there any forum where I can challenge the revision of Plan charges from the existing one.
