Hi, I have lost my Mobile phone which has the BSNL Prepaid connection. Request you to kindly deactivate the SIM Card to avoid misuse of my mobile number. sir, i have lost my sim and also have registered a F.I.R ...i also visited the office personally to de activate my sim ...but even after that sim is working and someone else is usimg it ...so please de activate it as soon as possible...akash bakshi

Nokia 2600 — bsnl pre paid related complaint
Sir,I , recharge (easy recharge) Rs. 46/- for Local Power /magic card for one month on dated 06-11-09 at 10:42:59 , it till today not functioning. and dont received i any sms. when I press *124# , it reply "Request not completed " my mobile no [protected]. but *123# functioning, what is problem ?
I have 2 prepaid numbers:

I have compliant for the deduction of money automatically.
there are every month Rs. is deducts from my number.
I have many times complaint in IDEA customer care & IDEA local office & zonal office of IDEA (raipur).
there are not able to resume my number & to save my identity from theft person/company.
there is daily sent me a joke from 57333.
this is a rediff.com services. but rediff company is also can do anything for that.
do something to save my money and identity.

the massage from www.wap1.indiatimes.com. It is renewed every month although.I am not using
this service .

Iam the customer of BSNL since 2years Iam using Excelprepaid sim my Mobile#:[protected].Actually I have activated gprs on My mobile.On 11/11/2009 before 4oclock iam tring to use your gprs but i dont have the balance in my mobile. so i have top up the card with 55RS & Igot bal 49.86 after half an hour Iam trying to call. system is not allowing to call (you don't have enough balance to call this #) So i called customer care 5times they are not giving me proper answer every employee giving me another another statment so I lost my 49.86 balance iam to frusted with them ihave callrecords of them, so please do the need ful.
