I have purchased Teracom Lw272 3g Datacard worth 2500/-. Bsnl assured that the signal at my home premises is good. But iam not getting 3g signal at my home. I made a request to the customercare. but they didnt reacted well. atlast I come to know that i lossed all my money... where the hell i go..???

I am a BSNL Cellone customer ([protected]) in Ariyalur TN. Since a month I am getting SMSs from 52906 and 1 Re is deducted from my prepaid balance everyday for this. I never subscribed for any such service. This is clearly a fraudulent act from company owning the number 52906.
Please let me know how to get rid of this problem and also how to recover the lost balance.

52906001 — unwanted sms

Iam receiving illegal SMS from 52906001 they wontonly sent message though i reply not to sent any message IAM AN ADVOCATE. if iam cheted like this by a fool what is the fate of comman man immetiatly furnish details about sms senter to take legal action against them . stop sending any message from52906001. reply to me action taken at your end.

I have been try by custmer care. According to his advice i have call on 1263oo32 but there was no any option for unsubcribe the bsnl devotional service.

BSNL PREPAID MOBILE # 9431625125 — uNSUBSCRIBE FROM CRICKET ALERT

Dear Sir,
My mobile No is [protected], It is a BSNL prepaid mobile. Cricket alert got activated automatically and Rs 30(Thirty only) got deducted from my balance.A message also came that Rs 30 will be deducted every month.
Kindly help me unsubscribe from this alert.

I am a prepaid bsnl subscriber you have deducted some of Rs 40 from my account without my concern.my cell number is [protected]. I have already lodged the complaint on 28/9/2010 from the nearest BSNL Office and the complaint Number is [protected]. Please refund the amount to my account.

Other servicers providres are refunding the amount if the amount is deducted without their Knowledge. Please do the same.waiting for the refund amount.Hope you will consider the matter seriously.

BSNL — eternal cross connection interference

landline No 23747812 is unusable what with eternal interfering cross connections, despite many many complaints.

my sim has been blocked i need puk no. my no. is [protected] & sim no.[protected] E

I lost my phone on 08 october 2010 evening about 7.30 pm. I was driving the bike and somwhere in the root from ranchi to BIT mesra, lost my mobile. Please Block my sim card so that it can't be abused by any person.

Got message on 8th of october at 3.08am in the midnight, that 30rs. deducted for content renewal and your request for that successfully accepted.
As the truth is i never request for any such service.
Only 1paise per sms scheme is activated on my mobile.
after deducting 30rs. bsnl again deducted my 15 rs.
i called 1503 and [protected] but nobody picking up phone and co-ordination till now is zero.
i registered in customer grievances column via internet
and also e-mail this problem to mr. br singh who is the nodal officer of kalyan telecom/bsnl.
plz give my money back.

BSNL — Error message

I am fed up with frequent distracting pop up from icon tray of an error message, even when not connected saying, "There is an ip address conflict with another system on the network" . Does it mean there is someone using my IP address on the BSNL network? If not, why this off and on regular message?

BSNL — problem in 3g connection

I have home plan 299 and whenever I get video called it was not inpurpted but after change 499 home plan with excss speed my video calls are inpurpted. My phone no is[protected] hope you do the urgent in this matter.
