[Resolved] BSNL Pune — refusal to connect bsnl internet connection by Mr satish jain unless Rs 800 is paid for his services. | |||
i was allotted phone no [protected], based on my application of 10/10/11 for broadband plan broadband home 250. the line man wanted rs 300 as his charges for fixing the line but finally did it without the same. however the broadband is not being activated by Mr Satish Jain the technician who had come to do the task. As per him we should have brought the modem from him, however since we have not, we need to take the services of Mr Rakesh Soni a private entrepreneur for Rs 800/- .THE PROBLEMS IN OUR COMPUTER WILL BE REPAIRED AND ONLY THEN THE BROADBAND WILL BE ACTIVATED. He will not share what the problem is and has advised us to cancel the connection if we do not want to pay him. We are using both tata indicom+ and MTS internet services through USB PORT I assured him to let me know what drivers are required i will put them. I have purchased a CISCO, ADSL , WAG120N Modem which he says is the wrong choice, What the right choice is BSNL should intimate before they ask us to buy.
