I have a land line no. 01412332957 in my office this phone surrender 25 oct.2011 by me but after six month idont get refund

I HAD A LANDLINE NO 05497244234 AND INTERNET IN MY HOME THIS CONNECTION SURRENDAR 25 NOV 2011 BY ME AFTER 6 MONTH I DONT GET REFOUND
