[Resolved]  BSNL Services — not able to unsubscribe from 56505 jokes alert

I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alert service 51234030 which got automatically activated . I have repeatedly ludge complients to the service center but the service is not deactivated yet & no such action has been taken towards it. I even send an SMS for deactivation on the following number but, the serivce does not support it. Money of my account is affected due to it twice for the services which i have not even demanded. Customer service is very poor it is never available. In bsnl never a problem is been solved. Its my request that my prolem should be solved immediately otherwise I'll go to the court of law. . hi I unsubscribe the bsnl 'gita alert' with the help of a bsnl guy, for unsubscribing you have to dial *456*72#, i have searched bsnl sites but nowhere it is found

I activated wrongly by typing *456*01# on the mobile on the advise of BSNL customer care center. Now I got the message that Mega Combo alert service is activated and I will be charged Rs. 50 per month. Please let me know how to deactivate it.

My bsnl prepaid mobile account is getting charged Rs20 every month for that stupid cricket sms service. Dont know how it got subscribed. This is a cheating business by BSNL. Please help unsubscibe.

Horrible. Since months together unable to unsubscribe from BSNL 56505 - Granny's Nuskha. Even to the extent they misguided to ask 12555 whereby i lost Rs.15 for 3 min on hold listening. Hardly able to reach the IVRS or Customer care executive. Better, never subscribe to BSNL for any such service related stuff. Rather, give Rs.10/- sit on internet cafe and find your own solutions. Very disgusting. If someone finds way out, please inform.
