I have a CellOne (Post Paid) BSNL connection since 2003. Previously there was no problem with any type of deduction without customer consent. Now, I feel the customercare has been entrusted with Private Agencies. These agencies with a bunch of irresponsible or inexperienced employees deduct any amount without prior notification or request for any service on frivolous grounds like astropredict, love relations, cricketinfo, etc. When contacted they inform your request has been deactivated but refund is not possible. I wanted to enquire who has activated or requested for such activation no reply is received and like illiterates and uncultured disconnect the line. This is going on for the last six months. I urge BSNL to take up this matter seriously or I will be forced to approach consumer court with imposition of heavy penalty for such activity. Airtel has mastered in this trade of deducting amount from the balance without any permission and now BSNL has followed them to earn revenue.

Kindly stop immediately video bar from handygo which is send by this number[protected]alredydeducted Rs. 30. I never suscribed such type of things, how it is subscribed. It is unlawfull. In future such type of things should not be.
You can send only bsnl message other type of message should not be send on my number [protected].
Also return my money as early as possible rs.30

BSNL — FORCED DEDUCTIONS
i have a BSNL mobile connection. My mobile number is [protected]. On 09.04.2010. a message appears like this, " if you want to subscribe to 2 days free CRICKET UPDATES service you have to send a message to 56363." I have send a message and i am subscribed to the service. But on 11.04.2010 a message appears on my mobile from[protected] that Rs. 8 has been deducted from your account for subscribing for the CRI sevice. They have not infromed me that that free service will be charged after 2 days, neither same appears in the message they have send me earlier. I want my money back. I have talked to customer care of BSNL, but they says they don't refund me my deducted money, do anything you can do. and they says that i will be charged Rs. 8 every week. Either you have to opt out of the service, for which message charges is Rs. 2.They have earlier also looted consumers like me, deducting Rs. 50 or 40 or 25.
So ,I dont only want compensation, but strict actions against BSNL like companies, which fooled and looted consumers like me.
Mobile companies should be told not t omisled by advertising fake things and INCOMPLETE MESSAGES, like they have given to me. i.e. not infroming me earlier that fro this service, i will be charged something
