[Resolved]  BSNL UP EAST — Call service barred from may 3,2009

i have got a bsnl student plan...and during last 3 days its been working like a simple prepaid plan i.e. i m being charged for sending local sms.. and when i tried to call bsnl customer care on [protected] and [protected] its saying that both d nos. does not exist...
worst customer support service ever...

No setting reachd at my mobile .

As per our first conversation i would like to request you that i have made proper follow up with our branch (kakadev) by no:[protected] but i did not get any responce since jan 2010 to till now.
sir please solve my problem as very urgently basis because i am facing many problems.

Call service barred from february 07 2011
My call service is barred since february 07 2011 even after getting it recharged on february 07 2011
I did the complaint to costumer care UP East on february 07 2011 . I was told that it is due to technical fault and the service will start from two hours after surely. Since then I am being told the same repeatedly and yet no response from company.

BSNL — regarding bared service

Dear SIr/Madam

The Outgoing service of my number [protected] and [protected] is bared please tell me the reason for it. What i have to do to start it. I am not getting right information in spite of talk to customer care executive many times.

sir maine apna bsnl ke no mai 5may ko 300/ ka tarrif karwaya bat aj mere mai outgoing calls band ho jayegi to plz sir ye bato ki kya kaise kare kitne ka ab recharge karwaye ki valid bad jaye

My call service is barred since Mar 3, 2012 even after getting it recharged on may 15 2011 with Azadi pack of Rs.1500/= I did the complaint to costumer care UP East, I was told that it is due to technical fault and the service will start soon surely. Since then I am being told the same repeatedly and yet no response from company.
