BSNL UP EAST — Threat on call

i got some calls from the no [protected](BSNL UP East) to my no [protected](Aircel mumbai).
i dont know the called person and he threated me on call 3 to 4 time.and i block his no on my mob then he
send me 2 messages full of abuses.i m afraid.
so do the need full.
