i have purchase wll phone from bsnl compnay after 6 mnths instrument is not working properly when i visited bsnl office than no body give me any answer.

hello, i have some problem in my wll phone( company:HUAWEI, model:T1ETS2288). after i started using internet call cuts frequently. when somebody calls me or when i make a call, other party dont here my voice, then i should cut the call and once again have to dial... give me some solution for this...
