deactivation of service

sir

the executive from indiagames called me up and told me about indiagames,,when i refused to make an a/c ,he made my account on indiagames himself after taking my information(phone number,,email, address,,etc.),,,after a month i got a call from indiagames that why i am not using the site of indiagames,,i told them everything and they assured me that my account will be deactivated and i will not be charged ...and now after 4 months i just checked my last 4 months bills,,i was charged for 4 months ..i.e rs 800 amount
so i request you to plz help me to deactivate this service and refund my entire amount .

i logged on to my god account and came to know that it my account has been suspended kindly deactivate my account permanently

sir my broadband service has been stoped. bt the god service has not yet deactivated and the amount is been added in the bill since from last 6 to 8 months . so please kindly stop my service and refund my amount which i have paid.
