My name is K.S. Poornima. I am a Reliance mobile - post paid holder in need of some information and help from u. The problem is i want to terminate the reliance services and with the same intention approched the Reliance Communications mobile center at Saidabad, Hyderabad. For the same cause i had to roam to the same center which is the nearest point to me more than 10 times. All they say is some crap and ask us to come later. The customer service is PATHETIC. what is said to us is they have cancelled the services but god knows why every month we are being billed.

What i want is cancelation / Termination of phone. my ph no - [protected].

Now im suggesting everyone not to go for Reliance.

I have submitted for service termination on 24th July 2008. and was given docket # 72521230. Later verified by your etention dept and was informed that service will be terminated. But till date same was not done. I have recieved 2 bills after 24th july 2008. My Cell No. [protected] A/c [protected]. Kindly terminate at the earliest and oblige.No dues as on date. Amt due from RCIL Rs 250/- Security Deposit. Pd on 24th Apr 2008.

Reliance Mobile — postpaid cancellation

I was tired after more than a year of complaining about unwanted calls and finally went to a Reliance Web World to make the final payment(as advised by the customer service). This was 15th december, 2008. Today my reliance phone suddenly started ringing (yes I still use it as an alarm). I realized that it had a few messages too. One of them said that my post paid connection had successfully been migrated to pre-paid. When I called customer service they said I had requested the migration. Reliance is a big joke and I'm sure everyone knows that. I'm however not sure if posting complaints here is going to make any change.

My incoming and outgoing calls are also stopped. I thought that there may be any problem in my phone settings or handset but when i tried with another handset the problem found same. Thats this is a problem of service provider. I contacted customer care but found no any responce from there also.
I have exactly the same issue and I am still going through this. Reliance people are playing with our time, energy and emotions. I have written my complaint to the Nodal Office hoping to see a responsible reply. I planned to go to greivances cell if I dont get a resolution.

Reliance Postpsid connection — Company not provided original bills

I have purchase a new RIM prepaid conection on Sep2008 and again applied to convert the same number into postpaid in month of Nov2008 company has done. i am always pay the bills regularly with late payment but not got any original bill from reliance .i have make the complaints at NAVEEN SHARMA COMMUNICATION but still not resolve.then in month of FEB2009, i stopped the payment for the same number .but on 22/06/2009 i recieved a call from [protected], the person on the other side of this number said i am calling from Patiala court, u have to be present at court for hearing for the reason "u have not make the payment", but i have not recieve any notice from any body.I have make the payment of amount R2000/- against my number[protected] on 22/06/2009.

I am not understanding what type of services reliance provides.

i m arun kumar ur relaince customer for last 7 years n my number is [protected].Last week a phn call come from reliance n they offer me for taking a new number n he offered me the no. was [protected]. I liked that number and i wanted to take it and he told me that u will have to give documents and rs.800 to buy this number. I agreed and he came to my home on 22 october 2009 and he received from me one id card, one photocopy of pan number n one photo n rs.800.And he gave me that number n told that after verification u can use this number.ur agent came for verification n on monday a call has come from the number was [protected] n he told that this number cant be given 2 u i[censored] will not given extra payment.


I want to say sir wat is this?this is ridiculous.if they commited they should fulfill that committment.I was ur sincere customer and i was faith on reliance but after this incident my faith was shattered. I want my money back, i[censored] can take any action against this plz do otherwise i will have to go consumer court.and i will close my already number also.
