[Resolved]  Carrier Air Conditioner — Want to sue the company for their very very poor service,please guide me about the procedure

from last month i am complainting them that my AC in not working,
they attened my complaint after a 10 days and they took some part of my AC (on the 7 of may 2008)by assureing me that they will repair my AC part in 2 days and my AC will start again and they are still not back and they have not made any contact to me.even they are not responding my calles.i am really frustated from their service, so please help me out with it and tell me the procedure to sue the company.

from last five days i will file a complaint but they dont take any action.
so i want to tell you that take any action.
my complaint is that no demo person is visit from first day till tomorrow&also the sweep button was not working well.i will file a complaint on 19/04/2009.
ist of all send a mail to the ministry of consumer affair at [protected]@nic.in. They will respond in a 24 Hrs time. and then they will guide you to do all that

Carrier Air Conditioner — A.C.

Dear Sirs,

I am purchased window A.C. of Carrier company. Within 5 months one day suddenly stopped A.C. I am complain with Shop keeper and their service man come and they inform us Motor is out of order. I want to know from you It is compnie's A.C. and only 5 months passed can i got new A.C. from Carrier company. Otherwise I can used full life repaired parts of A.C.

I purchased carrier Durakool AC of 1.5 ton in the month of june 2007.We are also facing some problem . we raised several complaints stating that we couldnot use it. but none turned up from the customer service. Very poor customer service. i will not recommend for any one about carrier product.

I purchased carrier split AC of 1.5 ton in the month of APRIL 2008.I started using it in april 2008 but it was not working.Even after several complains in carrier AC call center no technician had visite my home and rectify my problem.

It seems that i did a mistake by purchasing carrier AC.
For service purpose i give my ac to carrier on 08.03.2010 but still now there is no response. and i complint in delhi customer care also ( complint number - CHN 0342 ) but no use.

i have doubt in carrier any body is there????????????????? if any manager working in carrier pls service for the customer ...

Worst buggers in the Industry ... I made a complaint on 13th ... its 30th still they keep repeating the same response ... it has been escalated to the mgr.

Cust care guys are .. don't understand and deny to put it to thier Manager. I'm helpless .. anyone have some exec guys number ?

I HAVE PPURCHASED SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM ON DATED 24/04/2008 .BUT IT IS IMPROPER FUNCTIONING SINCE LAST 2 WEEK .I COMPLAINT AGINST THIS FAULT SO MANY TIMES AT JAI BALAJEE REFRIGERATION WHO IS YOUR SUB AUTHORISED DEALER IN ROURKELA DIVISION, BUT STILL NOT ANY ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE COMPNY SIDE.ALONG WITH THE SUB -DEALER IS ASKING FOR MONEY TO REPAIR IT WHILE MY EQUIPMENT IS IN UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.

we are from FAMILY CREDIT LTD, BHUBANESWAR, newly enter in to AMC agreement with CARRIER AC LTD.Bhubaneswar branch. we are already kept the cheque of Rs 2, 26, 000.but after repeatedly request no one showing thier single response towards us.so we are facing lots of problem with our AC.
from last 10 days we filed a complaints of SPLIT AC.
first complaints was lodged on 13 may complaints no. del4386, second complaints made on 16 may 2011 compalints no. del547, third complaints made on 17 may 2011 complaints no. del 5700.

but nobody are taking any action . pl immedialy repair our AC. otherwise we will lodge a complaints in consumer courts.

I have purchased the Carrier 1 tonne AC over LG or Samsung or Bluestar with a view that Carrier is the best. I purchased the product on 25June 2010 and to my utmost surprise, after 2 months of operation ( july august of 2010) the AC is dead. DEAD.

People from carrier said that the Motor is dead, what the HELL !! Just 2 months in service and the motor is dead. I am gonna make sure that nobody, I mean nobody who knows me buy a CARRIR AC, and will make sure who even does not know me makes the same mistake. I am a blogger by profession and I am gonna blog hard against Carrier.

Carrier/ AC — AC not being repaired during warranty period

I had bought Carrier AC from AC World, A-2, Sector 58, Noida on 11th May 2011. It has a one year warranty and one year extended warranty.

Within a week of installing the AC, it started giving weird smell (possible gas leakage). On calling the customer service repeatedly, they came once and said that the outlet was choked which they were opening. The Service provided was dissatisfactory and could not rectify the problem properly.

After a few days of the Service visit, the AC cooling reduced drastically. It did not cool even a small room. We lodged a complaint again with Carrier Call Centre. This was done on July 21 and the complaint reference number was GH0532. However, Carrier did not send anyone to fix it. We called many times for this and raised another complaint for this on August 19. Its number was GHZ0423. Carrier has still not sent any one to fix this.
This has been one of the worst experiences we have had with any electronic buy. Request an immediate action on this issue by the Consumer Forum.

I am from Mathura u.p. have purchased 5-star split ac from my local authorized dealer. I got second service three days before completing one year.from 2nd service water dropping problem from indoor
unit started, local dealer's complaint attended person many times attended problem but he failed and in this process 25 days has past.regarding problem i made many contacts to customer care (carrier ac)
also they say we will do, will do..., what will do and when will do..., not known.summer is passing on.plz go for customer satisfaction I think it will be your GOAL.
