[Resolved] cb twister — regarding poor service | |
Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased a Honda CB TWISTER bearing registration No- OR-02-BM-7967 from the dealer GUGNANI MOTORS, Biswal Commercial Complex, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar on 09.03.2011. Thereafter when I went to the GUGNANI service center to get service my vehicle, always they answered now the booking for service is over, come after 3 days. Thereafter on 29.03.2011 they serviced my vehicle without wash the same. Thereafter I attempted for subsequent servicing but fail to get serviced my vehicle. Though I drag attention of the Service Manager, instead of did the needful, he abused me and questioned me If you are in my position, what would you did at your end. Was this information helpful? | |

my name is manish parmar, muje lagta he apki honda ki bike lekar subse badi galti ki he. pichhle 2mahine se itana paresan ho gaya hu apki vajah se, mene apni bike, meri bike ka no he GJ6 DP 710 february ki 18 tarikh ko accident hone k vajah se show room me di thi, uski sirf head light toot gayi he, aur aap log sirf ek chhote se parts ke kiye muje 2mahine se ghooma rahe rahe. apki isi service ki vajahse hamane hamari dusribike bhi booking bhi cancal karva di. show room vale to saale aese chytiye he ke, kamine dhang se javab hi nahi mialta, agar aap bike ke intne chhote se parts k liye aesa kar rahe to bade k liye kaya hota.ek kasam to kha li he k honda k bike to kabhi lenge hi nahi, aur ye jo nayi li he vo bhi bechne k soch raha hu,

Apple honda,ajwa road vadodara show room me di he. agar aap logo se hota nahi to mana kar do na k nahi hoga. aese chutiye kyu banate ho. ek bar aap khud hi dekh lo customer ko kesi paresani hoti he ,mere sath aur bhi 2 bike aese hi 2 mahine se padi he.
