[Resolved]  CBSE — Lost 12th certificate and marksheet

sir i had passed my 12 class in 1994 and suddenly i had lost certificate so kindly send me of a copy. my roll number is 6603091

my name is allaharakkha i have 10th pass form cbse in 2005
and 12th pass from cbse in 2007. i want change my name allharakkha ro wasim ansari in my mark sheet and certificates.
please let me know what i do now.

Physics paper of the CBSE XII -2010 held on 3rd march 2010 was found quite lengthy by the students, as such they couldn't complete the paper within the given time.They even told that the question pattern was different for which they had to consume a lot of time in thinking.

cbse board XII paper of physics was very lengthy... also it was not according to the blue print given by the cbse...

class 12 maths paper was not according to blue print.
also in set 3 Q26 and Q27 were wrong and incomplete.
Students should be awarded bonus marks for thase two questions.

Sir, I want to change my name from Sonu Sharma to Om Prakash Sharma. I have passed class 12 from CBSE in 2010 recently and class 10 from CBSE in year 2008. So tell me what I have to do further and what documents I have to submit.What I have to do to change my name in my certificate and mark sheet?

Moreover, school is also not able to provide past records i.e 1994. Asking with CBSE, Delhi who have advised me to go to Ajmer in order to obtain the same.
But I am wondering as i don't have my roll number with me & in your last mail it was indicated to go to site http://education.nic.in/circulars/cbse_dupli_docs.htm#Application
But in the site also Roll no. is requiring.
Kindly suggest how to get my roll no. & then Certificate
