[Resolved]  Ccavenue Customer Service On Fullontrip — Not credit of Flight cancellation refund

I have booked a flight from Lucknow to Mumbai through online booking from site http://www.fullontrip.com/
Due to some reason i cancelled the flight from Airlines's site(Indigo). The amount is refunded back to booking agency as per Indio's customer care, but still i am not able to get the refunded amount in my bank account. I tried calling and mailing them number of times but no response from them. Please help me out in this matter.
