To an extent I agree to both of you bank employees are rude at times.
I think they are so much overworked and overloaded that they get frustrated and vent their anger out in public, which is surely not called for.
Why don’t they sit at home and cool their heels or join some other job as they are not able to handle the amount of pressure.
This is a service industry and one ought to be always smiling and ready to serve the customer or clients….
I too would like to complain against one Mr. Singh at SBI Ashok Marg, Branch, who had a showdown with me at a point of time over a petty issue…….

this is akhilesh kumar and I have a/c in bank of india c-block indra nagar lucknow .today[protected] my ATM card is not working I chaked .th error msg is your card has been blackod plz contect nearest branch of Bank of india . so fanaly I went there Mrs. ambika chaturvedi.And i say my problem to she after then during conversetions .She said"this is fault by your side Now you will be applay to new ATM card " then I say I did not enter wrong pin 3 times . I use proper this my ATM card .during conversetions she was very rudlly behalf with me and she say now you can go from here whatever you have to do agenst me you can do
go zonal office, main branch, wherever rigthnow plz go . sir this is too much ...
