how to know grid number in grid card of central bank

I have also the Grid Card o[censored]ser IDNO; [protected] frob CBI, Balibhasa Branch, W.B and cannot open Net Banking using Grid Card.

I have already brought the grid card from A-8 Ahinsha khand -II indirapurm Ghaziabad Utter pradesh pin code-201010 branch,

Utter pradesh I can't access the grid card. The Expire and error message is " The grid card not working, please contact your branch". Already i

gave many complaints to A-8 Ahinsha khand -II indirapurm Ghaziabad Utter pradeshbranch. Bur, still there is no response. So kindly solve this issue at the earliest.
