[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — wrong deduction

This is to bring your notice i have done a shopping from Siliguri Spencers on 21st sep-2013 my billing amt was 800/- & at the time of bill cashier swiped my card it showed declined but unfortunately i got charged & got a confirmation SMS in my mobile. Spencer's executive said it gone at suspense account but still waiting to get it back. would request you to please solve the issue revert back.
