Talentpro india pvt. Ltd — EPF withdrawal pending for 5.5 month

Dear Sir,

I had summited my EPF withdrawl form (Pf No.-TN/49675/12274) in Sep'07 and the same is submitted by (Employer)talent pro on 14-jan-08 in EPf office Chennai. Today verified by EPF website remark is application returned to employer.

Kindly do the needful as it was delay occured by Employer.

i worked in matrix business (p) ltd. i completed all formalities before six months for pf but still i cant get my settlement. my pf no is tn51095375.

I have quit my company and joined a new one. I do not want to continue my PF. I want to encash my PF money. Kindly instruct me how to encash and close the account and parallelly open a new one for my current organization.

They are submitted the application on Aug-09 month. When i check the status in http://www.epfochennai.tn.nic.in/tnepf/loginnew.aspx it was showing the status as under process but now in Jan 2010 i checked it shows as the claim is not received by this office. I had submitted my PF settlement form on 1st-Feb-09, they told me it will get settle after 9-10 months but till date no proper feedback been received from them. They are continously giving fake commitments. My Pf no.: TN/35791/55834 and my previous employer was Ma Foi Management Pvt. Ltd. PF team is belong to Chennai, do not know how to take action on these people. Need someone guidance...
