[Resolved]  Chennai Pf Office — PF Cheques not received from Chennai PF office

i am sambath from ariyalur.my pf no Tn/40053/9051. i was worked cccl construction company.i will sumitted my pf form 3 month back but my pf account not clear till on the date. I CALLED TO OFFICE EVERY TIME AND COMPANY ACCOUNT PERSON TOLD ME ALLREADY YOUR CLAIM IS SUBMIT TO PF OFFICE

PLZ HELP ME AND CLEAR MY PF AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I beg to say that i was the employee in Kaveri Warehousing Pvt.Ltd. Chennai. Now i had left the above
company July-08.I had submit my PF Claim form two month ago. but till now i have no any status about my PF. My PF NO-TN/50495/856

My name is M.S.MAHINDER & MY PF ACCOUNT NO. IS KN/19243/616.Till date I am not able to get any
response from that office at BANGALORE RICHMOND CIRCLE. I have been settled by Praxair on 22nd.
DEC. 2008.As per version of PF OFFICE BANGALORE RICHMOND CIRCLE PRO. they have received my application on 6th.MARCH 2009.& WORKSHEET was prepared on 22nd. MAY 2009 & MY PENSION AMT.10C UNDER PROCESS.
I have made repeated attempts over phone about statue of pf .amt. cheque on 29th. MAY 2009., they told me contact on 8th.June2009 & again on 15th.june 2009 & again on 25th june 2009, but till now no
comunication from them.
SIX MONTHS PASSED SINCE RELEAVED FROM DUTIES & I HAVE TO LOOK AFTER MY DAY TO DAY
EXPENSES, WHICH IS VERY VERY HARD NOW A DAYS DUE TO SOURING PRICE HIKE .
I request to kindly release the payment atleast within this week since my worksheet was ready on 22 may 2009.

I am krunal bhatt, i am ex-employer in magus dialoue pvt. ltd. my pf no is TN/26047/19356
i submitted my all document to magus dialoue pv.ltd. my state bank of india A/C no is [protected]. Once cheque is returned by wrong a/c no. I called my office so many time but no proper answer given if you want to any more document please call me [protected]. I call many times in Chenna pf office but call is automaticed tranfer to other desk no proper reply.

So, help me and credit my pf in my a/c as soon as possible.

As per our below mail thread i received the cheque no.427487 on 10th Dec2009 with the amount of Rs.1443 (One Thousand Four Hundred fourty three) .And the cheque got bounce.
Reason for bounce is showing Exceed Arrangement.
my detail is following


Region : Chennai / Establishment Code : 50866 - / Employee No : 4304

Please let me know the axact reason for this as i have paid the penaulty amount of Rs.25/- cause of bounce of cheque.

I requested for PF transfer in September 2008 in Gurgaon. Same was referred by RPFC Gurgoan in Jan 2009.



My Old Organisation: Sify Ltd (Chennai)

My New Organisation: Equant Solutions (Gurgaon)



The details of my PF account number is as follows:



TN/39187/3933 <<<<<<<<<<<< Chennai (OLD)

HR/GGN/27568/1677 <<<<<<<<<<<<<< Gurgaon (NEW)



RPFC Chennai updated on phone that they have dispatched the cheque to PF Office Gurgaon at address "Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, SRO, Plot No.43, Sector 44,

Institutional Area, Gurgaon 122002." with the details as follows :



Cheque Number = 576663

Amount - Rs 39, 640

Cheque dated - 30th May 2009



But PF Office Gurgaon has not received the same. There is no entry with them.



Request you to check :



If the cheque was dispatched to the same address "Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, SRO, Plot No.43, Sector 44, Institutional Area, Gurgaon 122002."
Send the Annexure K copy to me er.[protected]@yahoo.com or RPFC Gurgaon.
Check if the amount is debited from your account or not.
If you are not able to get the details, please send the duplicate cheque to PF office Gurgaon ASAP.

I am Jailani from Chennai.My Pf No TN/50499/120. I Was worked Solid Solutions Exact Pvt Ltd.I have Sumitted my pf forms 3 months back to withdraw. But still my pf account not clear.I called my previous employer solid solutions, but they told they submit my PF Withdrawal documents 3 months back to PF Office. But still i am not getting any status.

My question is - Why government employees are so indolent, can’t we do any thing? Because they get salary on time even without doing any single penny work.If yes then why government top level officers do not look on reports and ask all their juniors to work on time and finish their work on time which they normally do in a month or two even if the work of 1-2 days. I do not understand indian government peoples so corrupted which ultimately causing India a bad country name on this globe. Even our country ministry also does not take any action. Government people always do compare with private job person's salaries but they never realized that how the private companies guys are working sitting late night working like dog and getting good money. But government employees they get salaries even without doing any thing. Some time a normal person facing huge problem to get the work done from government departments. Guys can't we do any thing for this...? When I think about all this I really feel shame that these government deparment peoples taking india so down, otherwise we have the kind of talent in india for which other counties even can not think of. But due this government peoples there are lots more peoples which are not able to do any thing. I hope some senior position officer/minister will read this article and if have some guts to set some change system in their ministry/office...

My name is Kapil Goyal. I had worked with Mafoi Consultants. I have submitted my PF withdrawal form to Mafoi in the month of July'09 and they had deposited to chennai PF office. When I enquired about my PF status, as per them it has been settled and cheque has been sent to my ICICI bank Mumbai. But till date I have not received the amount.
Request your urgent help in this regard.
