Hi , I bought a Micromax A116 from chipkart.com a week ago for Rs 14900 paid through my credit card, i was promised delivery in 5-7 days,tried contacting them as the 5 days are over.their website is not functioning dont have their numbers,could you please let me know how can i get my money back. dear vinay our site completely working, we were doing weekly maintenance on our server, please don't create such scenes without any reason, please check on our site, its written dispatched with 5-7 days minimum, if you don't want wait then to call customer care & take refund, don't make such comments & scene if you cant believe someone, we never forced you to order, so if you have ordered then you have to keep trust in them, otherwise don't do, and for your knowledge customer care is working fine ...
