I was booking two tickets of morning show of cocktail 10:45 on 16/07/2012, from cinepolisindia.com online the ticket price is deducted from my
ICICI Bank account no[protected] Transaction Description - IIN/Cinepolis/[protected]/0
but no ticket was alloted to me for the show, i waited for five days for their action towards failed ticket book,
but no steps are seems to be taken from their side. So i am here Please help me.
