[Resolved]  City Bank — Customer care

Hi Sir,

I am Jayarapu Sampath kumar from Hyderabad, i am having the CITI bank credit cards with me vide card number: [protected] based on my payment hitory City bank has approved a Rs.187000/- of loan @ rate of 0% interest with Auto debit option through my Andhra Bank account. And at the time loan process Bank people have commited me that every month after 3rd the payment will come to your bank and based on that i am paying maintaining the balance and suddenly in the month of Oct'09 the payment have come to my bank on 1st at that time i donot have the money and i am thinking that emi will come only 3rd, and the same thing is repaeated in next month also and it got bounced and city bank team have charged cheque bounce charges but the mistake has happend from banker side as the EMI has to come after 3rd only because of their mistake i have charged for Rs.1000/- extra from City bank and also from My bank Andhra bank. But finally i have paid the amout which city bank has extra charged to me Rs.700/- approx and they have cancelled my EMI also and they collecting the money from for last 5 months but in feb'10 they have not come to for EMI collection and suddenly they have called me on 21st of Feb'10 and very next day their executive has come to me and collected the cheque with me and i received a call from their customer care on 24th of Feb'10 @ 2.00 pm and asking for EMI and cheque will not be accepted and by that time they have deposited the cheque and again they are asking for money and asking to me to give a cheque stop letter in my bank other wise your EMI will closed and you have to pay full amount to the bank as 24th is the last day for payment.

Every time i am doing a very good payment month on month but because of city bank employees i am facing so many problems still i am ready to pay as per the time but these pepople only disturbing me for a regulor payment customer.

Pls help me in this as today (24th of Feb'10) i got a call from CITY bank customer care at 2.pm and today is last day i[censored] dont pay the money your accout will be given to leagal department.
