[Resolved] Cleartrip — Cashback not received for Trip [protected] | |||
Hi, This is regarding the trip id [protected], I cancelled my ticket from Kolkatta to Mumbai on Jun 12, 2010 . I got the following reply from cleartrip: " Dear Mr. Deep, Thank you for writing to us regarding refund for Trip Id: [protected]. We apologize for the delay in replying this e-mail and the inconvenience caused to you. We wish to inform you that we have claimed for Rs. 3679/- as refund from the Airline. However, whatever Airline will refund we will deduct Rs.300/- Cleartrip processing fee. Refund will be credited to your account within 20 to 25 working days, depending upon the issuing bank. For further assistance, please write to us at [protected]@cleartrip.com. Our operational hours are from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm IST. Thank you for choosing Cleartrip. I tried reaching out to cleartrip via there customer forum (www.cleartrip.com), but i did not getting any reply. I tried calling them on phone, and i spoke to them for more than 30 min ,but they were not able to give a satisfactory answer..
