I had a telecon discussion with ClearTrip for my Air ticket reshedulling from 20th of nov2008 to 21st Nov 2008.The TripId was[protected].But they didnt did.On 21st when I made a call to Indigo abt it they said that there is no such request from ClearTrip.Due to which I have to miss my flight as well as I have to bear the cost of it.
On the 21st I asked the same with Cleartrip they started saying there was technicall fault with the site so things couldnt happened.
So if the problem was with cleartrip side why should I pay for it.
So I request you to take action against it.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Rescheduling is an additional service provided by Cleartrip. When you called us on 19th Nov'08, there was an issue from the Airline's end due to which we were not able to reschedule your flight.
Since rescheduling is possible by contacting the Airline directly, you were requested to do the same.
You then called us on 21st Nov'08 to get a past dated flight rescheduled which was not possible as per the Airline rules.
