[Resolved] Cleartrip — Not Refunded Amount for failed transaction | |||
Hi All, I Booked tickets from clear trip site. My transaction was failed while booking tickets but the amount was deducted from my account. I am calling to clear trip from past 3 months and called around 24 times (STD) they did not responded as of now and the amount was not refunded. Like you people even i had booked tickets using cleartrip, my booking went unsuccessful but amount worth 70, 000 got debited from my account as i used netbanking to pay last week, i called up cleartrip Customer care to refund back the amount, they told that the entire money would be refunded so i waited, within 2-3 working days i got a mail and a message stating that my 'refund has been processed and would reflect in account within 5- 14 working days depending upon the bank, i got my money refunded within 3 -4 working days from the day i got the refund processed mail & message, so need not have to worry, all you need to do is keep your Trip Id handy and in touch with them, this is a toll free number for clear trip CC [protected] within india, so you need not have to get on to spend on your STD everytime, felt this would be useful as many are in the nightmare and sceptical of loosing there money.
