Cleartrip — Didn't receive any response or refund | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had cancelled my Guwahati-New Delhi sector ticket on 19th Nov'11 at Guwahati Airport Kingfisher Airlines office. I was told that as per the policy refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Since the tickets are issued by Cleartrip, they(Kingfisher Airlines) requested me to contact the concerned travel agent for obtaining refund. I have been trying to reach Cleartrip Customercare, but in vain. I have sent couple of emails to [protected]@cleartrip.com in this regard, but didn't get any reply. Please find below the cancellation details of the same: Virtual Coupon Record/Ticket Nos were[protected],[protected],[protected]. Tickets were booked thru Cleartrip on 17th Oct'11. Trip ID is [protected] Guwahati - New Delhi Flight: IT-RED-3358 Departure: 01:50 PM, Nov 20, 2011 PNR: PHGUUF Requesting you to look into this matter and raise the issue up to the concerned level.
