I had booked a ticket on 30th August 2011 for my son Ananya Swami from New Delhi to Manchester in Emirates with Trip ID [protected] . After compelting all the procedure the message was displayed saying " Opps, transaction of has been failed and this offer is no more valid". After 3 to 4 hours somebody from cleartrip called me and asked that your transaction has been failed do you still want to book your ticket. I told him i have already booked the ticket from another agency and refused.
Next day I came to know that my money Rs 32000/-( Approx) had been deducted from my account for the ticket which was refused to book due to expiry of the offer and a mail was delievered that my ticket has been booked. As it was not my fault so request you to cancel my ticket and refund the whole sum of money without deducting any money.
