Cleartrip & Jet Airways — refund of cancelled Air ticket | |||
Though it has been displayed in my account having user name "[protected]@gmail.com" at cleartrip.com that an amount of Rs. 6,568 has been refunded on 11th of Nov. 2011, still it has not been credited in my bank account. For your information the ticket was booed in the name of Anita Singh from Nagpur to Patna on 6th of Nov., 2011 in Jet Airways Konnect having flight nos-9W-K-2333 & 9W-K-2514 with a single ticket no.-589-[protected]. The PNR alotted was GYMNCV. please take immediate action and inform me with every developments on my e-mail address "[protected]@gmail.com". Was this information helpful? | |||

We have processed the refund from our end on 11th Nov 2011, however, as stated earlier on the refund processing email, it takes 7-14 working days for the amount to reflect in your Bank account depending on the issuing Bank.
We would request you to check with your Bank by 19th November'2011 for the same.
