on 1st april 2012, Ashwin Gupta made his contract criminals throw rocks, stones and bricks at children, ladies and men who were gathered in a meeting with the olive county residents to discuss and collectively take up issues with the builders. He sealed the gates of the society and asked his goons to track and beat the protesting residents. More facts about this unruly builder can be found out by visiting either societies. Everything in this complaint is correct about Ashwin Gupta. He is the kingpin of notorious mafia group of Ghaziabad. He has sold all his defective and low grade properties to customers telling them that it is 'premium' by keeping foreign English names. When People ask him to rectify defects or ask him to resolve issues, he sends his goons to threaten them up and beat them up.

He says he is good friends with SSP of Ghaziabad and the newspaper reporters too so no one can do anything against him.

He has even challenged the Chief Minister of Ghaziabad, Akhilesh Yadav by saying that even he can not do any harm to him.

Ashwin Gupta is currently the most dreaded name in Builder community and Orange County residents live in perpetual fear of getting beaten or looted by Ashwin Gupta's goons. Now Ashwin Gupta has let loose his goons (some brokers) and they are threatening residents making Orange County the WORST SOCIETY in entire NCR...the worst part is that every week THEFTS are being coordiated and all those people who oppose the ABA Builder are targeted and then threatened with dire consequence if they approach police...one resident who did manage to file an FIR was punished by getting his electricity and water supply cut...but God has now intervened and GDA has served a notice to ABA Builders and will be demolishing all unauthorised stores, Flats and maybe the illegal tower also...but poor consumer will be hit badly as the builder has already earned a lot of money and will not refund anything

As been a resident I agree with all the allegation on builder as resident are not allowed to instal Dish TV on balcony, Are not allowed to put wet cloths on balcony for drying etc as its hamper the look of building and will not be able to get hi-price for new project. Its like jail in Olive county.

I am a resident of Olive county Vasundhara and I think people like Mr. Goswami Asst. Manager in Maintenance company "Jones Lang LaSalle" are creating rift between the builder and resident. He harass resident under the name of builder which i think is not in actual. I dont think Builder has such time interfere on day to day mater of resident its the Maintenance co. employee who are treating them self as DM. The builder's only fault that he has not identified these people who are spoiling his name.

Ashwin Gupta is a wanted criminal, proclaimed rapist and a pimp of ABA builders. All of Orange County residents have kicked out the maintenance agency planted by Ashwin Gupta and are still fighting for the IFMS money from the builder. ABA builder has run away with the IFMS money of the residents. GDA and police is after ABA director Ashwin Gupta to nab him.
