climb first — library facilities not provide

I had taken admission for the cmat course at climb first institute.The lecturers there are very good and have an very high experience and the lectures are also conducted on a regular basis by climb first.While taking admission i was promised that i would get 24*7 library facilities ....but it is not so....after my admission was confirmed i was denied o[censored]sing the library at the borivali branch after 9pm....i don't understand how can they do so. They are asking me to go to the powai branch of climb first . I feel cheated and i want a refund.
