Sub: Complain of fraud online transaction through SBI Credit Card
Dear Sir,
With reference to above subject, I would like to inform you that I was received one phone call received against phone No:[protected] from Delhi on 10/10/2011 and calling person name is Ravindra and he told me calling from SBI Card department again he told some travel discount voucher, Reebok watch and 20% cash back privilege card free of cost gift send to me, total gift voucher is Rs. 25000/- approx, at first I asked him, you will tell me how will pay for this gift voucher then he told me nothing to pay for this gift voucher totally free of cost. Also I told to him if this gift voucher is chargeable then I could not take this gift voucher, he said me it is totally free of cost. Then the phone was transferred to another person whose name is Binoy Singh, he connected this call to IVR link it was automatically connected with my mobile, when I understood, then already online transaction has been processed through SBI Credit Card. After sometime then one lady whose name is Bharti called me from this phone No[protected] on 10/10/2011 for address verification despatch to gift voucher and she told me already I have received of Rs 5509/- from your SBI Credit Card for this gift voucher then I understand this is fraud and cheat, then I requested her to cancel this consignment immediately and refund to me sum of Rs. 5509/-, she told it’s not possible. Again call to me Binoy Singh from this phone no[protected] on 10/10/2011 and he said our package is very much attractive please agree with us to accept this lucrative offer, I told to him I could not take your offer please refund my money of Rs 5509/- which you have deducted through SBI Credit Card, again he told me it’s not possible because this transaction has been processed online. Again Binoy Singh called me from this phone no[protected] on 11/10/2011 at 10.00 am and talked with me as above. He informed me that I have any problem then I can contact him in this phone No. [protected], after this incident I called him so many times but this phone no was not properly responding. I searched through internet and tried to understand the company’s profile by putting this phone no. [protected]. I found the company name is the EBL Club leisure or Ivr India Bizline Solutions Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra. I also found the same cheating case happened with so many person who put their comments on this internet, for your some reference i have taken print out of their comments from internet and attached. Again one lady named Kamna called me from[protected] on 12/10/2011 at 9.44 am. I request her again to cancel the offer and refund my money. Again She said it’s not possible. Then I told, I am going to complain in the cyber cell crime of Kolkata Police against you and your company. When I called back the all above phone numbers I got to know all the phone number are in operative. So that I could not received the proper massage from it.
Personally I called and requested the SBI Credit Card department not to confirm the above transaction, but they did not give any assurance to me.
Therefore I would request you to look into the matter sincerely and take the necessary action .I hope after proper verification you will refund my money of Rs. 5509/-.

This is to bring to your immediate notice that a transaction has made by you by Deliberately giving WRONG and False information. i have received the call in the morning on dated 29/10/2011. called by the miss salini from the club leisure and she has told me that we are the official partner of the icici bank and the bank offers u the offer as you are privilege customer of the bank (my name is Bharatkumar dahyabhai mehta. i am the customer of the icici bank credit card) and she has explain the benefit of the offer. she has offer me a polo watch plus travel voucher and one club gold card which will eligible for 20% discount on the each transaction. at no cost she has told me that to avail this offer u have to verify ur card details and she has connected my call on IVR after the i have verified the details, i have come to know that, it has charged me on my credit card of RS 5509 means it's fraud transaction without intimating any charges. i am going to launch the complain in consumer court my name is gauravkumar bharatbhai mehta mobile number [protected] please review my case and lodge the complain company & feel pity for the customers like me who trust these kind of people. I therefore request you to cancel the transaction and the card immediately and refund me the amount. Since this has been unethically done by suppressing the facts, I would be compelled to take a LEGAL actions if you do not return the amount of Rs 5509/-. Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your immediate notice that a transaction has made by you by Deliberately giving WRONG and False information. I was told to take a Diners card and offered many vouchers. Where I was told that I can activate the same when I am planning for a trip and I have to inform your customer care at least 15 days ahead of the trip so that the vouchers gets activated and then only a charge of Rs.5509/ needs to be paid. I was also told the card is free and nothing needs to be paid now. This was answered by your executive Mr Ahmed. NOW , YOUR EXECUTIVE MR. AHMED and FLOOR SUPERVISOR MR. ANUJ BHATTACHARYA activated the vouchers in the name of verifying my card details. This is a GROSS VIOLATION AND A CRIMINAL ACT OF HIDING VITAL INFORMATION.Mr.Bhattacharya claims that it his Job's Demand to provide customer with wrong & information in order to sell cards & packages & later on apologise saying it was a miscommunication. The Floor Supervisor was repeatedly asked to provide name,address of the company, he is reluctant to give in any information & also provides wrong information that in the Club Leisure website under Contact Us tab one would find detailed information about the company's address & hierarchy .But in vain,he could not find it through & guide me . Mr .Bhattacharya committed a call-back for the refund after half-an hour on 11/10/2011 around 1.30pm which is still pending.When asked for the Manager or Senior to talk to, he says that there is no senior. I am shocked to find such a floor supervisor in this company & feel pity for the customers like me who trust these kind of people.
I therefore request you to cancel the transaction and the card immediately and refund me the amount.
Since this has been unethically done by suppressing the facts, I would be compelled to take a LEGAL actions if you do not return the amount of Rs 5509/-. I expect that being a good organisation you will return the amount wrongly taken from me.
