[Resolved] Club Leisure — by cheating they take the money. | |||
dear sir, some "effort bpo" cheated me on behalf of "club leisure".during their call they tell me that whatever service they are providing that is totally free of cost, i will not have to pay single money for this, & they also offer me the citibank dinners club card.but later i came to know that, this was also false.actualy they are providing their club card.by giving this false commitment they asked my card no. & c.v.v no..and suddenly one sms came to my mobile that 5509 rs. is charged in my credit card account.then i called the citibank office & tell them the fact ,& they block my card. i am seeing in this site,many of are cheated by club leisure.this is my earnest request to consumer forum,kindly take the action on them,so,in future they will not cheat any person. pls. help us. thank you. suvankar chakraborty. I RECD.APHONECALL ON MY MOBILE ON 9-8-10 FROM SOME AGENT (MBL.NO [protected]) SAYING THAT I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FREE MEMBERSHIP CARD AT NO EXTRA COST AND THEY COLLECTED MY CREDIT CARD NO AND MY 3 DIGIT CODE. I WAS INFORMED THAT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS I WILL GET MY CARD AND A FREE GIFT AT MY RESIDENCE.AFTER SOME TIME I RECD A MSG. FROM CARD BANKER FOR DEBIT OF Rs.5509. i immediately called the agent on[protected] but it was not reacheable after some time the agent called me up from same no.
I TOLD HER THAT YOU HAVE CHEATED ME AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED Rs. 5509. i donot want your membership. you cancell it. LATER ON SOME OTHER PEOPLE TRIED TO CONVIENCE ME FROM DIFF. NOS. LATERON SOME ONE CALLED ME FROM[protected] HIM ALSO I TOLD TO CANCEL BUT NO RESPONCE- I HAD SENT HIM A MESSAGE ON SAME NO. FOR TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP AND RETURN MY MONEY.
I HAD INFORMED MY CARD BANKERS TO STOP THE PAYMENT.
BANKERS HAVE ADVISED ME TO GO FOR DISPUTE. FOR WHICH THEY REQUIRE A WRITTEN COMPLAIN SENT TO LEISURE CLUB.
I HAVE ALREADY SENT MY EARLIER COMPLAIN TO YOU WHERE IN I HAVE GIVEN MY TEXT OF CORROSPONDENCE TO BANKER.
I NEED HELP FROM YOU TO GET POSTAL ADRESS OF LEISURECLUB WHERE I CAN SEND THIS COMPLAIN. PL. HELP ME TO RECOVER MY MONEY.
THEY HAVE SENT TO MY ADRESS A GIFT WATCH, DISCOUNT COUPONS FOR TRAVELPORT HOLIDAY TOUR PLANS, A CARD FOR DISCOUNT FOR DINING AT SELECT HOTELS/RESTAURANTS.
yes the same thing happened to me also, one call saying that you have been selected for free membership and saying, i dont need to pay anything for that. he asked me my credit card details to print on the card what thy r offering and then thy have deducted the amt from my credit card without any prior intimation. they are cheating everyone with a different strategy plan.please let me know if someone can get back their amount.
Like above comments I have also being cheated by Club Leisure holidays for Rs. 6617 on 17.12.2010.

Hi,One of the Travel Port Executive call me on yesterday and hetold that about some ofers and he told me that they wont charge anything as it is an trail card and he asked to register the using one of the Credit Cards and it asked for the CVV number also and i have entered the same and there was an deduction of some 5509 from my CITI bank Credit card and i wanted to cancel it as when i am trying to reach[protected] one is picking the call.
Can you please help me out to get my money back.
