I am also facing the same issue.
No mistake in application form but still got no allocation of shares.
I applied for 400 CIL ipo shares but was alloted none.

Please tell me when will I get my refund and why was my application rejected.

I am a retail small investor who had invested Rs 98000/- in coal india
a government company to earn something which is now becoming a
nightmare for me because i have trusted few people whom i should not,
My application number is 33451962, in which i have applied for 400
shares and issued a cheque of Rs 98000/- in favour of "Escrow
Account-Coal India-R" cheque no. 000010, bank :BOB, The money was also
debited for the same from account., my broker told me that it is firm
allotment and i have also been alloted 199 shares towards my
application and i have sold 99 shares on the day listing @ 340 but
today they informed me that there is a shortage and when i checked
there were no allotment of shares in my dp-account,
i have called to [protected] for information, they have told me that
application was rejected, when i asked them the reason they told me
that i have provided wrong demat id, but i had the photo copy for my
application in which i have entered all correct information, so they
told me that at the time of bidding, the person or company who had did
the bidding might have committed the mistake, and for that i need to
speak to person whom i have gave to form.
When i contacted at Safal investment kamdhenu complex ahmedabad, the
person was Mr. Naman [protected], who misbehaved with me and told me
that there is no mistake from their side and bidding process is
conducted by Enam Securities, but he was not giving me contact number,
Atlast he accepeted that it was their own mistake but they cant do
anything as many application gets rejected and i was also one of them,
I hope u look into this matter and small investors like wont get
harrassed or losses
