[Resolved]  RIM Prepaid — complain against new connection

Sir,

I got a new Lifetime Connection (Mob. No.-[protected]) from Reliance Web World, Shivam Apartment, 9 patel colony, P N Road, Jamnagar, Gujarat on date 04.06.2008. I have told the representative there that I want to take plan for RIM to RIM Free STD, then he recharged it with Rs.496/-plan. After one day when I was trying an STD call(RIM to RIM), I heard a voice message that I had no sufficient balance to make that call, then I consulted the Reliance Web World, Jamnagar where the representative told me to recharge it with minimum recharge of Rs.15/-. Then I again recharged my phone with Rs.15/-. But after making one call, result was the same. I could not make any STD call(i.e. RIM to RIM). Then I again consulted to the representative of the Reliance Web World, Jamnagar where a complaint (No.69725358 on dated 05.06.2008) was noted, and assured me that an early action will be taken. On date 06.06.2008, I have contacted customer care at number *369 with my phone, where the representative told me that my phone was recharged with Rs.196/- Local Call Plan and to contact where I got the connection. Then I again went to the Reliance Web World, Jamnagar, where the representative booked another complaint and told to wait till evening for compliance. But till now result is the same. in the morning today( I again called customercare @ *369, whare a lady named Miss Manisha, Sr. Supervisor told me to consult the reliance web world, jamnagar. Then I went to the relicance Web world, jamnagar where the representative told me ... It is now too late for compliance of a complain. I think I got a headache by this new mobile connection. It is therefore requested to do needful as early as possible with a fresh validity period of the plan for which i have recharged my phone connection, otherwise I have last option to consult the consumer forum for the case.

I am facing this problem for a few month my mobile no. is [protected] in delhi. We r submited my address and photo proof many time in ur reliance web but all time he forword my mail but i went there again and again but there is no result.
i think this is not the way to do with customers i don't have time to go again and again to rilience world
please do somthing

Sir/Madam, my name is Roopesh Kumar.H as i bought new cell phone i, e reliance set the number is [protected]
iam not able to call from that cell and i cant recive incoming call what is the problem i dont know, actually reliance outlet people are saying u dial *228 select language and switch off for 5 min i have down 5 times but no use it is not getting activation, please solve this issue as soon as possible it is been happend last 5 days .its a new cell.

I think I got a headache by this new mobile connection. It is therefore requested to do needful as early as possible with a fresh validity period of the plan for which i have recharged my phone connection, otherwise I have last option to consult the consumer forum for the case.

I am vijender and My Rim prepaid GSM num is[protected], I recharge my num online form ICICI bank with of Rs 75/-.on 6th june 2009 and balance has deduct from my account on the same day this is my transaction num is BIL/[protected]/0505/[protected]/[protected], but still balance is not showing in my account.

Im sandeep ku.sharma and my mobile no. [protected].Right now is not working .I m completely out of order.My GSM mo service has total closed at 8:30pm& 03/02/2010 .I talk with customer care and I went to web world.No body give me satiesfy ans.my important call missing .I has submited all dacument againaccording to web world person .I m sending mobile no.of consern person-[protected] .
kindly request u that U slove my problum .
