When you are making such allegations it is correct and acceptable to reveal your IDENTITY. On the Internet anybody can create an Email ID and make Baseless allegations. It is not a Great job to create a Fake name and Email ID on internet and go on writing unnecessary and false comments and things.
I am Moses, a Raw Material Supplier to Confident Group for the last 5 years and I have received all my payments promptly. I even crossed the recession because of their Outstanding support of On-time payment, they have not defaulted even though my other Real Estate companies have defaulted. I know all their payments are On-time and till date all my Bills are settled before the due date.
In case you have any Genuine Claims you can call me on [protected]. Or else do not make such baseless allegations, it is Not FAIR to do that on a Transparent company which pays on Time for quality jobs and quality material supplies. The people whom you are talking about could have defaulted on the Quality of work or materials, do give me the details and as a Co-Supplier I will talk to the concerned or else you are making a Blunt and baseless allegation.

"I have not received any calls till date from BOBBYPDEV and it Clearly proves that the Person has put a Fake comment on the Non-payment from Confident Group. It is a Petty that such people write wrong comments on Free communication sites. I am sure he has done this at the Behest of a Competitor. I have the same experience.they given money when I informed some bad stories in my hand reg their gundaism for money

We don't agree with your comments. If some body canceled their booking with us, we return their money with in the stipulated time frame. All the Terms and Conditions for cancellation money refund are mentioned clearly in our booking form. After reading that only, all the Clients are signing in the Booking Form during Booking, before paying the initial amount itself.
So, there is no confusion about the money refund upon cancellation.

100 of clients who paid lakhs in advance for the property Confident Ivory Coast and they are waiting for the last 2 years for their plots.

Hi,
I had cancelled the booking of Confident Leo-2 project 92 days back, still I haven't been given my refund cheque of Rs 1, 00, 000. Every time they say that they will check with their finance department, I waited for 60 days as they said as per their policy they don't return the money for 60 days. But last 32 days I have been calling, now they don't even attend or return calls. I don't know what kind of professional organization they are running. Better stay away.

Same situation with many customers who were promised refund for the shelved project Confident Ivory Coast. This is after the tall claims of refund with interest and Buy back at market price. Even the MD of Confident group was present in the customer meet where the promise was made.
