i have a reliance prepaid mobile lifetime incoming free which needs to be recharged every 6 months which was not informed to me when the same was purchased. When i called at customer care, they told to re-charge the same with Rs. 200/- so i re-charged the same. but my call was still disconnected with message " insufficient balance". i again called the customer care people, who told to me to re-charge the same at Rs. 97/- and then my mobile got connected.
I want to know why complete information is not provided at the time of Purchase and why Customer care people give different information for the same thing.

Its really disgust to launch a complain against the poor, dull, zero service of reliance communication here in Srinagar. Reliance communication is a company with widest business across the India and it should maintain its service accordingly. Newly launched scheme 1p sms is a positive signal towards the consumers as well as towards a middle class earning person. Reliance communication only trap the consumer by its tempted schemes but not provide sufficient service, I therefore request to all visitors of this website please join the hands and lets sue the company otherwise we request the company to take necessary steps.
