[Resolved] Country Club India Limited — Breech of contract - non delivery of ait tickets as agreed on membership contract and over promised by sales executive

I would like to bring following points to your notice wherein we have cheated by country Club's Delhi based Executive Mr.Ranvijay singh and Pranjal. Membership taken on Jan 2013: 1) As per agreed terms and condition into membership agreement/contract; being a red category member we are entitled for two air tickets which I should have received by now. Membership taken on Jan 2013, we are in September 2013. Till date NO TRACE on the same. NO COMMUNICATION received from Country Club even after repetitive reminders.Every time they buy time and request us to wait for a while.Where is the limit? 2) Secondly, Ranvijay and Pranjal promised for two additional air return tickets of any domestic destination as an membership joining offer. We could never imagine that such big cheats can survive in travel/leisure trade and there is NO ACTION taken against them even after sending email and end number of reminder to their seniors.OVERLY PROMISED AND ILL MANNERED STAFF. So overall, i guess no one is listening, its a very big trap and our hard earned money got wasted. If there anyone who can help or we can jointly take action, if all agrees. Thanks, Smiti

From response.[protected]@countryvacationsmail.Com it is default message but after sending details to them nothing will happen because they know individually we can't do much against them. There are many ways to get your money back. first is check with AIRDA for cooling -off period (10days)second is check with bank if it within 60 days, if bank denies then file complaint against bank to RBI banking ombudsman. Even after this if nothing happened then file a complaint to Distt Consumer Forum. It will take time from Consumer forum but definitely u will get your money back. We are fighting against country vacation in a group from Hyderabad and fighting in group always better. created group for Hyderabad if anyone from Hyderabad please join us [protected]@googlegroups.com.
