From response.[protected]@countryvacationsmail.Com it is default message but after sending details to them nothing will happen because they know individually we can't do much against them. There are many ways to get your money back. first is check with AIRDA for cooling -off period (10days)second is check with bank if it within 60 days, if bank denies then file complaint against bank to RBI banking ombudsman. Even after this if nothing happened then file a complaint to Distt Consumer Forum. It will take time from Consumer forum but definitely u will get your money back.
