[Resolved] Country Club India — Refund Not Processed Been 120+ Days | |||||
Membership No.: CCPUVIP30LB74731 Amount: INR 1, 50, 350/- Payment Date: 27th December 2020 After making payment their sales executives Shalvin ([protected]), Salman ([protected]) & Revati([protected]) disclosed various and actual facts. Various commitments given before payment were all fake. I sent the central customer care a refund request along with my bank account cancelled cheque which was delivered via speed post on 30th December 2020 within cool off period. Confirmation for refund received from Ritesh Dubey (DGM C.C & C.V Customer Care PAN INDIA) via email on 19th January 2021. Was informed refund would be processed within 120 days. I have been following with them every month since March 2021 and every time they tell me that my refund will be processed next month. Now it is July and now their customer care ([protected]) is not reachable nor they are replying to any of my emails. It has been more than 195 days now. I request Consumer Complaints Forum to take up this issue with Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd. and get my refund processed at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 25, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved After visiting the head office in Hyderabad, staying in touch with multiple people my refund has been completely processed.
