Mine case is
"we (me & my wife) Just attended a presentation by country vacation
India ltd got somehow agreed to the contract but only after swiping my
credit card when i was back my home we realized that it is not that much
useful for me as it was appearing while presentation (because legal
contract papers were not shown till the card was not swiped) .
So firstly next morning we informed the sales manager of the company to
cancel the contract but he said we will not cancel.
then we just informed our bank to block the transaction but it was already
processed & they said we can raise a dispute if merchandise give us in
written that they have accepted the cancellation request we can raise a
dispute to the merchandise.
then i have written an application to the country club & got it
acknowledged from the sales manager signature & country club stamp.
Then we dropped a mail to the Country club Pune branch manager just to
confirm that we have raised the cancellation request well within the time
limits suggested in the code of ethics in AIRDA site.(Link to the site is : http://www.airda.org/html/aboutus/code_ethics.html )
*In short we have just raised the cancellation request within 24 hours of
the signed membership.* "
But they are not refunding the amount to me.Not even replying to any mails.
