To Whom so ever it may concern
I wish to file a complaint against Country Club Holidays as on 15th August 2013, my father received a call claiming that he has won a prize and a holiday of 6 days and seven nights across several locations. Initially my father had shown no interest in the offer but due to excessive perusal by Mr. Sameer Oberoi from country club, he agreed to meet him at his office at a specified time.
However, due to lack of interest and some other commitment he could not go there. Mr, Sameer Oberoi kept frantically calling him on his phone. As he could not take his call at that time. he executive kept calling multiple times.
I picked up the call and told him that my father wasn't able to take the call right now, and he started to question me over his whereabouts and as to why he didn't have a phone, and talked in a very derogatory manner. upon enquiring from him about the reason for his call, and his apparent misconduct I told him that we will not be interested in taking any services from them. to which he said that " he would have anyways kicked my parents out of his shop". upon which there was a heated exchange of words between us, and he had the audacity to give me his address and ask me to come there and see what he will do, he threatened me and kept calling despite repeated instructions to not to call.
I strongly want to condemn this attitude and sue the company for mental harassment and threat and the use of derogatory language.
I have the address and the phone no. of the place where he called from. I would appreciate if anyone can suggest me the way forward. Was this information helpful? | 
Complaint — Harrasing
Hi...My I am getting continuous sms frm Mobile number: [protected] and tht person state his name as Saif. He is sending sms daily 10-15 sms per day and asking to do friendship. I denied but still that person in not ready to listen. He disturb me daily. Plz do something needful. You can contact me at [protected]@rediffmail.com.
