[Resolved] Country Vacations — OPEN PUBLIC FRAUDS | |||
The sales pattern of Country club salesman are really terrific, Innocent people will surely fall in fraud trap. I am really horrified with this kind of act. Anyway I was offered a Rs.81,000/- All India package and gave Rs.10000/- cash as initial amount. Now within just 2 days I went to them to cancel my booking citing my inability to afford the amount in future. Now they are not ready to give my money back.......!! JUST TRAPING PEOPLE and money laundering.......No other good company does this. Firstly they sell similar packages of various price tags to consumers. Secondly the type of promise they made during presentation are not matching the docs provided...and i guess in future things will change without notice also. This I feel one of the top fraud company in India which many people are victim of this. Kindly help us to take some necessary actions against them so that I get back my hard earned money. Country Vacations — LCD TV GIFT NOT RECEIVE
My country vacation membership is DT46#0370. Sales manager Mr.MOHD. FAROOQ gives in writing about LCD TV 22 INCH dated 29/01/2011.Now that person is no more with that company and customer care is not replying our mail. Please help to solve the matter. Dear Sir, we just viewed your experience here & the inconvenience is deeply regretted. Kindly mail the complete details of your membership & issues if any to response.[protected]@countryvacationsmail.com, so as to help you and understand the issue better.
Still the response team reflected a dummy response. No one tried to did a correspondence to address my issues physically. No communication made from company. ... Guys and responsible citizens ...Believe me...Never fall in this trap of taking a COUNTRY VACATION HOLIDAY... Its a complete fraud business. The Govt of India should come up in cancellation of their licence of doing business in India.

as the customer care is saying there is no cancellation, but why only in this company cancellation is not been done. Shoe us the written proof of this statement.

Even we had a similar experience with Country Vacations, Bangalore.
They cheated us and swiped our card for 70000rs on February 2011.
Till date we have not received the cards nor the amount is refunded.
We are fed up of follow ups with Country vacations team in Shivajinagar.
Ms.Thilaka, gives wrong commitments.
Please help us to get refund of amount.
Country Vacations are big money eaters and cheaters.
Avoid them...General public..

Country Vacations — Cheating Complaint
Dear Sir,I have taken a membership (Membership No: DTB 415) of country vacations in December 11, 2007. They promised me that they will provide a site in Karnataka District and they have taken Rs.1 Lakh 25 thousand as Member ship fee. After 8 months I got the registration but Stamp Paper and Registration documents are from Andhra Pradesh. They promised me to give the land in Karnataka District. At the time of agreement they also promised me that if don want the membership we can sold after one year, and they will help us for selling the membership. After one year when I contacted them for selling the property, they are telling that we cant sold the property and they cant help us.
They offered us full life time membership but whenever I tried to avail all the service till now i havent succeeded. I am fed up with the service and I want to cancel my membership and want to have the refund of money. I want to sell the membership and the land they offered and want all the money back that I have paid to them.
