I had a card with Braclays bank and settled it on 2011 Feb by paying the settlement amount which is agreed by both (bank and me ) through a agency in Chennai. I honored all my payments as per the schedule . Now after one year I am again getting a call from another agency of bank saying that i need to pay the amount in rude manner. I told then i have paid the amount and forward the receipt ,in turn the agency was very arrogant as the payment was to reflecting in the bank . The reason given to me is very funny ,it was that Barclays card is been taken by Kotak bank and all the cheque which i gave was address to barclays bank .
