[Resolved]  Credit Card — remove name from civil HDFC bank

Hi, i was using credit card of HDFC bank , there was i time were i received statement late. Due to that they have charged me interest because of late payment. After i have for the settlement amount & i paid the same.

Please let me know how to remove name from the civil list.
