[Resolved]  Credit Card — charges

Hi ,
this is priya ,im using your credit card for more than a year when i appliead for the card i wasnt informed that there will be charge for additionalcard card now in the stmt i being charged for having additionalcardholder so not ready to pay this charge and when ever i am calling o customer care they are saying that system is down call after half n hour .

secondally i being charge for using card above the credit limit well if my credit limit is 10000.00 so i am being allowed the card above the limit . mover i[censored] see my payment pattern i am regular payer and i am not getting to increase my credit limit i am sorry cant give my card no. becoz i dont feel so that its secure to give my card on this media.

so now i am looking forward that ill get good resolution of my concern without getting futher charges . if ill get charge any more than i dont want your card.
