Credit Card — I HAVE CREDIT CARD BUT NOT USED IT, YOU UPDATED IN CIBIL WHY

I have credit card No. [protected] & [protected] and it not used till date because I am shifted from Delhi to Kotputli village place. but till date show in CIBIL record why. Please clear the above record and stop my credit card because there is no use it.I am presently in Gulbarga. pl. reply urgent.
