It is to intimate that my card number [protected] belonging to name of Meena Thakur expired on dated 30/11/2011 . it is also intimated that few months ago renewal card was sent to my residential address but at that i was out of station for a period of two months i could not pick up my card from courier agency.
so that you are kindly requested to send my card again at my residential ADDRESS .
