I AGREE THEY ARE BLOODY CHOR DO SOME ACTION TO SOLVE THIS MATTER AND TO SHOW UR FACE TO US THE CUSTOMER YOUR CONSUMER ...YOU WILL HAVE NO CUSTOMER I[censored] BEHAVE LIKE THIS...HELP THIS 65 YEARS OLD PERSON IM WITH YOU.

I Mr.OMPRAKASH SINGH holding a SCB CREDIT CARD NO:[protected] FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS. . I took it by the brand name of this organization which is totally at par with it's competitor's .But, i was taken aback by the absurd services which the bank is providing me at present. Firstly, the credit card pin which is supposed to come with the credit card itself is missing from day one.However, i took my patience for long time as i keep good relation with the bank & with it's employees too, but, after repeated complaints in the CUSTOMER CARE UNIT OF SCB for my credit card pin i got absoutely feedup STILL, i didn't got he same. I spoke today with CCE OF SCB name piyush choudhury, he, at first took my problem and again giving the false assurance that my pin has already been despatched & i will shortly receive the same, this which i guess is a cooked up story as because the same assurance i got, when i logged my first complaint where they state also the same that within 7 working days i would get the same.but, the same did not happened. when i said i got feed up with this service & wants to esclates this with the higher authority he refuses to do so.
My question is why the customer care executive refuses so?
Secondly, i requested a hard copy bill of my credit card for a long time which after many days later i got in my e-mail that also not in proper time.I usually used to make payments depending upon my purchase but, the statement copy which i should retain badly for my personal requirement is missing.
This is my humble request to this respected organization that the complaint which i am logging right now would be treated fairly & the level of frustration be minimized from my point of view so that i don't have to esclates this to the next level..

I Mr.ANAND SHARMA holding a SCB CREDIT CARD NO:[protected] FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS and now suddenly Standard charted bank reduce my credit limit from 50000 to 10500.
I will make regular payment in time limit how they can do it with their costumer. Really I am surprised when I talk to credit card of standard charted bank they tell me that, we reduce the limit of all customer . Why is this happens
I want answer for that otherwise I will not going to made any payment to standard charted bank.
