Credit Card — unable to get OTP/one time password/

Sir I am S.R.CHOODAMBIGAI from Coimbatore and my credit card number is [protected].My mobile number is [protected] and my e mail id is choodambigai.[protected]@gmail.com I think in d profile of mine d mail id is not taken correctly. Whenever I used d card online I am not receiving OTP and my attempt ends with BIG failure. I donot know d reason. But for shopping d card works well. Thanks. I would be grateful to d executives if they could rectify this problem. 2) Another thing I would like to mention is that if possible kindly enhance d value of d credit card/may be after checking d salary of mine .
